As a Projector, you are among only 21% of the world's population. You need to be in the thick of things, to be invited to the party, the dinner, to be recognized by others. You’re not comfortable initiating the action yourself. Being a Projector, you need people quite a lot, so it’s a good thing you have an intrinsic understanding of others. 

You have a deficit of internal energy, but, despite this, you’re confident, firm, just. Projectors are great in leadership roles, as they know how to manage people, and steer them toward great work.

Pros of being a Projector

You are serene, calm, even charismatic when you’re in a harmonious state. You excel at dialoguing with others, and also serving as a mediator between opposing sides. You know how to manage affairs both at work and at home. 

Cons of being a Projector

You crave recognition, but you want it to occur spontaneously. You absolutely hate having to wait for an invite, or approval, or accolades. This, of course, impacts your emotional state—jealousy, envy, resentment may ensue.
